Learn more with us about the olive tree farming and get to know the techniques that allow us to obtain the highest quality olive oil. Our ranch is located in Cazorla, Segura y las Villas’ Natural Park that extends over 200 thousand hectares and it’s considered the largestt Natural reserve in Spain and the second largest in Europe. This terrain received the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve designation in 1983, it’s the second place in Europe with the biggest number of endemic plant species. A truly remarkable landscape.

Wake up early in our ranch, get warmed up close to the chimney and enjoy the view of the olive tree forest and the park. Let’s talk about olive oil, tradition and innovation while we have the classic “desayuno molinero” (Miller Breakfast) where the Olive Oil is the star together with tomato, sausages, local types of cheese, and homemade bread from our wood oven.

Come join us in our ranch to experience Olive oil tasting in a very fun and creative way. You will find a whole new world of pleasures in your palate. You will be able to distinguish flavors and aromas that only the early harvest olive oil possesses such as: tomato, apple, picota cherry, almond, etc… The tasting can be finalized with food and olive oil pairing prepared by a local chef specialized in dishes where the extra virgin olive oil is the star.

Before we die, we must have a child, write a book and plant a tree. We can help you with the last one. Any season during the year is good to visit our ranch. Pruning, blossoming, harvesting, production…The olive tree is active during the whole year and therefore offers us many different experiences. We’ll show you how to know and differentiate the different olive trees. Like the most common one “picual” but also many other ones like “Royal”, “Cerezuela” and “Matihuela”, which is exclusively owned by our family.

Choose an olive tree from our greenhouse and plant it yourself. From that moment on you will also be part of our land, its people, tradition and olive oil. And you will always have an excuse to come visit us again. For only 130 euros per year you can plant it, visit it and also collect its olives. Every year we will send you the oil produced by the tree; you will be able to choose the quantity you want to receive up to 15 liters per year!
