In addition, the Customer acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply their application to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, except in cases where new conditions are communicated by the online store MOLINO DE CASILDA S.L. The fact that the online store MOLINO DE CASILDA S.L. does not resort to any of these conditions at a given time cannot be interpreted nor will it imply waiving the right to resort to them in the future or the past.
The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts resulting from them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions to the contrary.

On the other side, the user, registered on the website, whose purpose is to be a consumer and/or user of the same and/or contract the products or services of MOLINO DE CASILDA S.L. The consumer and/or user is responsible for the data provided to MOLINO DE CASILDA S.L. and therefore responds to the truthfulness of the data provided on this website.
PRICES
The prices published in the online store MOLINO DE CASILDA S.L. are in euros. All prices include VAT applicable on the day of the order, any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products for sale in the online store MOLINO DE CASILDA S.L.

PAYMENT METHODS
When placing the order, the customer can freely choose to pay for the purchases made in the online store Zona de Pádel using:
- Bank transfer: The buyer must make a bank transfer (specifying the order reference in the concept) within a maximum period of 3 business days from placing the order. SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Delivery Times
The delivery period varies from 2 to 3 working days depending on the day of the week the purchase was made, as deliveries are only made from Monday to Friday. All our items are shipped via express courier.
Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed and during the following hours:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00. Orders received outside these hours will be prepared the next business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Shipping Costs
- The products purchased will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.
- Purchase receipts will be sent to the email address provided by the customer during registration in the online store MOLINO DE CASILDA S.L. and can also be viewed in the registration account created by the customer in the online store MOLINO DE CASILDA S.L.
- There will be no dispatch or delivery of orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- Delivery will be made promptly under the responsibility of the carrier.
- An order is considered delivered at the moment the carrier delivers the package, or packages, to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the condition of the goods upon receipt and indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt.
Claiming Undelivered Orders

In the last case that MOLINO DE CASILDA S.L. does not have the availability of the contracted item, the consumer and/or user will be informed of this lack of availability and will receive the amounts paid as soon as possible.
Cancellations
If after making a purchase you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, you can do so as long as it is indicated through the contact form established for this purpose in the “contact” section or in writing to the email address info@molinodecasilda.com, customer service form indicating the order number you wish to cancel.
Return Policy
The consumer and/or user has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it without having to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost except for the shipping costs that will be borne by the consumer and/or user.
The following exceptions (among others) are established in the exercise of the right of withdrawal and are expressly stated in the Consumer and User Law:
- c) The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and/or user or clearly personalized.
- d) The supply of goods that can deteriorate or expire quickly.
- e) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene protection reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the user for the purchase.
The returned product must be in the same condition as it was received, that is, in perfect condition and of course, it cannot be damaged, hit, or with conclusive evidence of use that prevents the resale of the same product. To send it, it must be done in appropriate packaging that protects it during the journey.
Procedure:
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the consumer and/or user has a period of 14 calendar days. To do this, they will complete the form established for this purpose in the “My Account” section or make another unequivocal statement indicating their decision to withdraw from the sales contract.
Whether by one means or another, their communication must contain the following data:
- Your identification data: full name and address
- Order number that appears on the invoice sent along with the purchased item
- Description of the purchased item
- Your intention to withdraw from the sales contract
- Date of communication
- If you send your request by non-electronic means (e.g., postal mail) it must be signed.
From the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, the consumer and/or user has a period of 14 calendar days to return to MOLINO DE CASILDA S.L. in perfect condition the purchased item along with a copy of the purchase invoice.
MOLINO DE CASILDA S.L. will promptly communicate to the consumer and/or user via email the acknowledgment of receipt of such withdrawal, with the instructions for the shipment by the consumer and/or user. Once the product is received or the consumer and/or user has provided conclusive proof of the return of the item, MOLINO DE CASILDA S.L. will promptly deliver the sums paid by the consumer and/or user.

PURCHASE PROCESS
